Shanghai Hongji Metal Products Co,.Ltd was founded in 1999,covers an area of thirty acres, now we have nearly 300 employees and 100 million RMB annual sales.
We now have more than fifty cold forging machines and more than forty punch machines. We are specialized in making products of top-quality, high-intensity standard and non-standard screws, stamping for Automobile, electron, furnishing, machinery, consruction and Mechanical & Electrical industry. Most of our material is imported and domestic carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum profile and so on. Our products are primarily sold to European and Southeast Asia like Germany, USA, France, and Cananda, Turkey and so on.
To improve our own quality and create business opportunity of sustainable development, we passed ISO9001/2000 quality system in 2001, and set up ISO/TS16949-2002 system standard on March, 2008.We strictly apply these systems and standards to our production process, equipped with electric Rockwell apparatus, Vickers hardness tester, salt spray test machine, OVH, Auotmatic image-display sorting machines, specially, the Automatic image-display sorting machines can guarantee the defective rate reach PPM50.All the systems standard and check equipments can control the quality better and provide top-quality products to our customer more effectively and prompt.
We built our plating plant in 2005 to do surface treatment to our products, such as nickel plating, blue zinc plating, yellow zinc plating and copper, we can also do zinc nickel alloy plating, green zinc plating, black zinc plating, all the plating can pass ROHS standard, and the salt spray teat can reach 1200 hours without red rust.
