On January 22, 2022, Hongji Metal held the 2022 Annual Party. Hongjiers gathered together, celebrating the glorious performance of 2021 and looking forward to the bright future of the company!

Branch Vanue Connection

Due to epidemic control, many companies have cancelled their annual party. However, 2021 is a special year for Hongji, so we must celebrate and sum up through the annual party. Therefore, we have taken a special way.

We have set Taicang as the main venue, Shanghai, Yancheng and Dafeng as the branch venues. At the same time, we broadcast it on WeCom.

Opening Speech

On behalf of the company, the CEO of Hongji, Steven Xie extended his warmest welcome and the most sincere wishes to all the guests and colleagues, wishing them a happy New Year. Then Steven recalled company’s achievements in 2021 and thanked all the Hongjiers for their efforts.

Steven said, it was difficult, even painful, to accept the challenge in the midst of change, and he was glad that we had a team that could endure hardships and fight.

Steven stated that after the growth and development in 2021, we were prepared to face more chanllenges in 2022. We would make persistent efforts in data and process, sales and business, humanresource management, top management team building, and trainingto achieve new breakthroughs! He was looking forward to sharing the joy of victory with Hongjiers at the annual meeting in 2023.

2021 was a year of special significance for Hongji. In this year, Taicang plant was completed and put into operation; ERP system accelerated Hongji to realize modern digital management. In this year, Hongji achieved growth and breakthrough. In this process, we have seen many excellent Hongji people who cherished their posts and devoted wholeheartedly to work, practiced Hongji values in their work, and have made good achievements. To this end, Hongji set up more awards this year to commend those people and encourage all Hongji people.
